Coming from Dallas, we are always looking for a good Mexican restaurant. This restaurant is by far our favorite in the Mooresville area.
In advance I looked at the menu online and already knew what I wanted when I was seated. I was promptly seated and in less than 5 minutes a waiter stopped by with salsa and chips. When he brought me my drink I told him I was not going to each the chips and asked him to take them away. I ordered the Low Carb Chicken Fajitas with salsa and a side of sour cream...no rice, no beans, no tortillas....just chicken, veggies and cheese. It was hot and was so tasty. Delish!

Very Yummy!!! Stopped here while in town!!! We will definitely be back... service was a little slow due to staffing issues... but it’s like that everywhere!

I have been going to Tequilas for years and love it. They have changed the menu a couple times (once recently) and are still willing to make me my favorite meal even though it is no longer on the menu. The wait staff is friendly and overall always a good experience!
I’ve been eating at this place for a long time and it’s had its ups and downs. Going in yesterday for lunch and ordering some fajitas and a margarita... I was very, very happy. Whatever changes they have made, it’s working! The food was great. The waiter (Santiago) was super kind and I was very happy with my experience. I would recommend giving Tequilas another try.
